Cheryl Marshall – Quality and Compliance Manager
With over 18 years in the Training industry, Cheryl has the ability to manage RTO registration requirements and compliance in accordance with ASQA and the VET Quality Framework for continuing registration. With a proven track record of accurately completing research, reporting, information management, marketing, and business-development efforts within organisational guidelines and designated timeframes.
Very adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organisational objectives. Cheryl is highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations, able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
Stacey Taylor – Account Manager
Stacey is a proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills who excels at building trusted relationships with customers. She is an exceptional communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. In excess of 28 years of extensive Health & Safety, Environmental and Security management experience in both senior Corporate and senior Project management roles. John’s experience has been gained in Greenfield and Brownfield Projects at remote and other locations within Australia and at numerous foreign locations. His career has been focused principally but not solely on construction management within the oil and gas and other resources industries.
Broad industry exposure in a range of cultures has provided John with a significant depth of education and experience in Project management, management system development and implementation and training program development and delivery. This education and experience together with an inherent drive for progress and improvement has resulted in the more recent development of a strong understanding of coaching, mentoring and behavioral management programs.
As an experienced mentor and coach to project management teams, workers, EPC Contractors and suppliers, John has the attributes that health, safety, environment and security minded organisations need in their management teams in today’s and tomorrow’s challenging times.
John has an enthusiasm for proactive and innovative development of health, safety and security management and is a strong advocate of mentoring and coaching to instill and maintain a constructive health and safety culture.
Ian Williams – Consultant – University Lecturer – Trainer – Coach & Mentor

Forty years’ experience – in the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemicals, minerals, metals & energy industries, having worked in and visited over 40 countries covering a wide range of cultural and geographic environments. Ian has held many senior management positions where his people & technical skills are needed foremost & equally successful in individual technical, research & consulting roles, primarily responsible for his own and his team’s performance.
Above all, Ian has maintained excellent relationships with clients and work teams and in all cases has actively upheld the interest of all stakeholders.
Ian is held in high esteem in both Australia and Internationally, with postings in Australia, UK, Pakistan, Angola, UAE, Canada, Qatar and Brunei covering project development, design, construction, commissioning & operations, together with positions in consulting, academia, government and International Dev. He has also worked in Indonesia, India, Switzerland, Japan, Kenya, Chile and the USA.
Ian has held two senior international development positions over a total of four years in Pakistan with both the World Bank & Asian Development Bank and was engaged to investigate & recommend industrial dev. & import replacement strategy and to implement Stage I of the National Conservation Strategy.
Overall Ian’s responsibility has extended from the level of development / research officer to section manager, study manager, project manager, project director, plant manager, and general manager of many major international projects.
His skills include all stages of project implementation from conceptual and feasibility studies to design, financial closeout, contract award, construction, commissioning, handover and operating.
