Accident Investigation

This course covers the application of health and safety investigative processes at the operational level. It includes the identification and collection of evidence, the analysis of evidence to identify the reasons for and results of the occurrence or situations, and the identification and documentation of courses of action to resolve and/or prevent re-occurrence of the issues or problems.

Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Workplace Health and Safety Representatives and Safety Committee Members who have a role in ensuring a healthy and safe workplace will benefit from this training.

Assessment

Learners will be required to complete the assessment activities and underpinning knowledge tests in the assessment tool appended to this study guide.

Client Specific Course

We conduct courses specifically for clients. These can be at the client's premises, providing the training facility is an adequate size for the group, and in a quiet location suited to training. The premises will need to include tables and chairs for each participant, a whiteboard, and a surface suited for data projection.

We can also conduct the training at our Brendale premises where we can accommodate up to 20 people in our larger room.
